Youtube to add pay channels

Youtube may announce a series of  pay channels shortly, reports say. Veiwers will have to pay for the content of upcomming channels but it is not clear whether the paid videos will be free of advertisement. Earlier Financial Times reported that viewers would be charged $1.99 a month for subscriptions.
